Questions
How we work, plainly
What does a Creative Brand Director actually do?
A Creative Brand Director leads the project from the first conversation to the final file. Before the shoot, that means understanding what your brand needs to say and turning it into a treatment you can see. On the day it means directing the light, the moments and the pacing. After, it means shaping the edits and stills for the places your audience actually is. You get a partner with a point of view, not a vendor executing a shot list.
How does a project start?
With a short inquiry through the contact form: what you are making, who it is for, your timeline and any references you love. We reply with a few questions or a time to talk, then send a treatment and a clear proposal with two or three options. Nothing is shot until you have approved a plan.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the scope. Event recaps for social are usually delivered within the week. Full event films, brand films and documentary pieces take longer because of the edit, colour and sound work, and we agree the timeline in the proposal before the shoot. Rush turnarounds are possible when planned in advance.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in the Greater Toronto Area and serve Toronto, Scarborough, York Region, Durham, Halton, Hamilton and the Niagara Region as local work. We are also available for travel, including New York, Miami, Washington DC and Atlanta, with travel planned and priced transparently in the proposal.
Do you offer ongoing content or retainers?
We do. Retainers are for brands that need a consistent rhythm of photography and short films every month, including UGC-style social content. The scope, the cadence and the deliverables are set at the start so you always know what is being made and when.
Can you do photography and video on the same day?
Yes, and we recommend it. One team with one point of view means the stills and the film match, the day runs smoother for your guests or your staff, and the content works together across your website, social and press.
