Event Photography, the SSC way

An event happens once. The photographs are what everyone shares the next morning, what the sponsors see, and what the organisers use to sell next year's tickets. That is a lot of weight for a gallery to carry, so we approach events the way we approach editorials.

We arrive early, learn the run of show, and work quietly. The images cover the full arc: the room before the doors open, arrivals and the step-and-repeat, speakers and presentations, the honourees, the crowd reacting, and the candid moments in between that give an event its character.

For awards shows and galas we deliver a fast first selection for social the same night or the next morning, followed by the full edited gallery. For conferences we organise by session and speaker so the communications team can find what it needs.

Photography pairs naturally with event film. One team, one point of view, and a recap that matches the stills.

Clients include community organisations, nonprofits, professional associations, promoters and brands launching something. What they share is a need for images that do work after the night: a thank-you email to sponsors, a social recap, a press release, a grant report, next year's save-the-date.

Rates are set by the hours of coverage and the delivery you need, and we quote them clearly up front. For organisations that run several events a year, a season rate keeps the quality and the look consistent across all of them.
